It was such a great experience to have made the decision to have a look at the range of vehicles that were at the car yard. Initially I was looking at purchasing an SUV but was guided by George in the possibility of having a look at a Corolla. Well, with the expertise and knowledge he had of these cars was evident that he knew that I would be suited in a sedan, especialy with the seat height adjustment in these cars. There was no pressure in obtaining the vehicle and the choice of models within the car yard is impressive. Negotiating with George re trade in and the background of after sales was outlined and also finance arrangements that was made available to customers. The selling process went extremely comfortable and was put at ease by George and his friendly attitude towards Susan and myself.
I was also very happy with Sarah and the manner in which she presented after care products provided to us and the personal approach also demonstrated to us by her enthusiasm to make us feel comfortable in making decisions.

Darryl also in his role was very professional in his approach and knowledge of the finance and the quickness of being able to secure a loan over the internet and have set up a contract in very little time and no fuss was just another example of the fantastic experience I had with Jarvis Toyota.
