The staff at Jarvis Subaru are always extremely professional and helpful. The car was ready on time, cleaned and the shuttle service to work is great. The communication from staff is excellent as was the flexibility of the service provided.

I made the mistake of thinking that other Service Departments operated to the same level as Jarvis, BIG MISTAKE. I will never make that mistake again as the Customer Service I recieve at Jarvis is second to none. The staff are very professional and you know when you drive out from the completed Service that everything has been completed to a very high standard.

My Service Adviser was A1. He was professional and the vehicle on completion was not only washed but also cleaned inside. You must also be congratulated on the state of your rest rooms - they were as clean as hospital toilets. Great - keep up the excellent work - I would certainly recommend Jarvis Toyota.

A further problem was discovered with my car, so the staff allowed me to use a loan car to travel to Nuriootpa to conduct business for 30 minutes. I was extremely grateful. Also when I announced that I was going for a coffee whilst waiting for the car to be finished, I was given acoffee voucher to a bakery across the road. Fantastic!
