Marcus helped me on the day of my service and I just wanted to say thanks for being so communicative and helpful. As a woman it can be quite intimidating visiting car yards/service centres, I have previously felt like I was being talked into something that I didn't need or want. But Marcus was honest with me about what my car needed and I came away feeling like I had paid the right amount of money and got the service I needed instead of a bunch of silly extras that normally I get pressured into. This is my second service at Hillcrest and both times Brett and then Marcus have been really helpful, prompt, honest and personable. I am so glad that I decided to buy my new Toyota from Jarvis. We were greeted at the door by Evan the Sales Manager who then introduced us to Ryan Ward, the Salesman. We were given drinks and shown the demo vehicle. The negotiations were very easy and smooth. Ryan made sure that we didn't leave without buying a car! After the sale, I made a few calls with various enquiries and felt like a V.I.P. at all times. I asked if I could pick up the vehicle on Friday night instead of Saturday morning and Ryan made sure that it was arranged. I had accidently left some CD's in the old vehicle and called in to pick them up and Ryan made sure I got them back. The car was spotless and I am enjoying driving it - and the whole experience - thanks all at Jarvis - I'll be back and will send my friends!!!

They finish the servicing on time and they give you updates if there is any delay. The warranty also helps a lot for us customers as it saves us the costs of any 'factory defects' that may occur.
