I needed my front windscreen replaced under insurance as well as a major service and the staff were helpful working with me in arranging the windscreen replacement whilst the car was with them. The staff were also very courteous and provided refreshments whilst I waited for the courtesy car drop off in the morning and whilst I waited for the car to be ready in the afternoon. Excellent service. The car was filthy as we had been away - bugs, road grime etc. all over the car and the interior was just as filthy.
