We arrived unannounced late morning with a split power steering hose and an empty reservoir. We were traveling through to Port Augusta with our caravan on the early stages of a prolonged holiday.
I walked into the service office and met Brett Theophilus who took control and along with Justin (Mechanic) came out to my Ranger and conducted a full inspection and diagnosed the problem.
While Justin went about a temporary repair Brett organised a caravan park 5km from the Windsor Gardens dealership, made my wife a cup of coffee and delivered it to her in the car. Some 30 mins later we were on our way, booked into the CP and I brought the ute back to the service centre. Brett told me he would do his best to try and have the vehicle repaired that day if not he would ensure it was by mid morning Friday.
I received a phone call from Brett at 4.07pm letting me know the vehicle would be ready by 5pm, however he suggested the old oil be drained, the system fully flushed and reservoir filled. I agreed, then a further call at 4.30pm to ensure me the vehicle would be ready by 5pm including a complete wash.
When I picked up the ute Brett gave me the keys walked me to my freshly cleaned ute shook my hand and wished me happy travel and not to hesitate in calling him if I had any further issues.
My wife and I were extremly satisfied and comforted by your excellent staff's care and concern to our problem and we would highly recommend Jarvis Ford if Brett and Justin are an example of your customer service, thank you so much.
