Overall experience was great. Car was cleaned. Courtesy lift was great, staff were very friendly and accomodating. It is clear that customer service is paramount at Jarvis Norwood.

Special mention to Nelson. He really took time out to clearly and effectively explain to me the current status of my brakes and didn't try and tell me that they needed to be done straight away. He was very genuine and honest in his advice. I really aprreciated his service.

The salesman, Randy, who took me for a test drive and ended up selling me the car was extremely helpful. He even delivered the car to my house and took away my trade-in car. When he discovered that I had left my garage door opener in my old car, he called to let me know, and then came back to my house to return it the next day.
