Jarvis staff put the customer experience first by giving the customer the information about the car (and the price) that they wanted, making us feel it was our decision to buy. Another dealer was so worried about not showing their cards on price unless we were "ready to sign" that the customer experience was that it was all about the best price outcome for the dealer!
