Overall the entire transaction was easy and painless which was great as I am a very busy person who doesn't have a lot of time. The staff at Hillcrest even stayed open until 7pm one night to save me anther trip down to organise things.

I have found your staff to be friendly and helpful. The emails sent to me and the sms to remind me of the service were timely and welcome. Jarvis Toyota staff took notice of the answers that I gave questions as to what I wanted done during the service. They were also very flexible with the date and time of the service and took into consideration problems that I had with getting the car to the original service date.

My vehicle has been serviced through Jarvis Ford/Toyota for many years where staff have been very helpful and professional in servicing the vehicle and diagnosing any mechanical problems which may have arisen. Care and maintenance of the vehicle by all staff when in the workshop combined with the detailing/cleaning of the vehicle have been a feature of Jarvis Ford/Toyota service standards over the years.

I did appreciate being informed of additional car servicing recomendations following initial inspection of the vehicle. When I picked up my car I did like the time spent by the Toyota staff member to go through thoroughly what had been done to the vehicle and the items that had been listed by the mechanic to watch out for with future car servicing appointments. My 10 year old corolla had a 200,000 km service. The car and myself were treated as though the car was only having a 20,000 km service. Very happy.

For the first time since getting my car they said it would be ready at 10.30 and when I got back at 10.30 the car was ready and washed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Was good to be able to have a service for $99 as money is tight it was great to be able to get my car serviced.

It was an over-all good experience from beginning to end. No hard sales pitch, listening as well as talking, which for me is important.
