The provision of a top waiting room with newspapers and internet and refreshments is a great plus also, as is having the car washed and cleaned. All greatly appreciated. I was provided with exceptional service and a real example of personal care. I had shopped several competitors and their vehicles and the service was appalling - I was made to feel like a time waster, was not called back when promised, lied to about the state of my tyres on the car I traded in and generally messed around. After researching them for so long, I didnt expect to buy on the first day of actively looking, but due to the friendly staff, no pressure, and knowing what I wanted, the decision was easy. If we had felt pressured or uncomfortable, or trying to be talked into paying much more than our budget, as has happened in the past, we would have just walked away. So keep doing what you are doing. I planned to go car shopping all of Saturday. The Impreza was added to the list as a last minute 'to see' vehicle. I would check it out first on my way to viewing another 3 or 4 brand new cars on the dreaded new car shopping list.

First of all, Scott Taylor, who eventually sold me the car, was an absolute sensation to deal with. I couldn't speak more highly of him. Promises where kept, he was genuine and helpful and didn't fit the bread of 'typical car salesperson'.

The car delivered more than I thought with the brand new price tag I wanted. It drove very well, and credit to Suburu, they have come along way since the Leone Ute.

All in all, it was a great experience, both in vehicle, salesperson and Jarvis as an organisation.
