Due to the amount of kms I do, my services come around very quickly.
The morning i was due for this service and tyre change, I ended up with a flat tyre too.
Lexi was very attentive and took all my concerns/issues to highlight seriously, even reviewing notes from previous services.
She was so patient when she called to notify me of further recomendations and the subsequest costs. Despite having many questions, Lexi took the time to explain everything.
I was also then late to pick the car up, and she was still there waiting for me - I am very grateful for the quality services I always get when dropping my car off to Jarvis.
