I was very impressed with the whole experience of buying a used car from Jarvis for the first time. Sales people were excellent ... friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable, helpful. Would I buy from Jarvis again? That's a definite YES! Would I recommend Jarvis to my friends? That's a definite YES! I appreciated the follow up call a couple of days after buying the car. That's a real plus. Adam was a great help. Very professional. Explained everything well and made me aware of the extra service items that were on offer and why they were being offered. He made me feel that I was in control and not under any pressure as to deciding which extra service items, if any, I could add to the service scope of works. The free loan car was also excellent. Staff being Brett & Tony were both friendly & professional. I requested a full check over of the work vehicle and this was done efficiently and fast. A loan car was also provided at last minute which was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too hard, service complete and all additional required repairs were communicated prior to work being undertaken.
