Staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They were flexible enough to meet our requests and the staff knew about the car they were selling. They kept in contact with us and followed up after we collected the car to make sure there were no problems. All in all a very positive experience for us and we will be recommending the Jarvis Toyota team to our friends.
