I have owned many vehicles but had never purchased a Subaru. All dealings with Damien had been via phone conversations. I had anticipated purchasing a car in January/February of next year but after conversations with Damien, I decided to purchase earlier. Damien was highly professional and knew his product. I hadn't even met him yet and I was impressed. After walking into the show room, we were greeted, unknowingly, by Damien. He was friendly, polite and highly professional. He ensured we were comfortable and looked after. The service area was outstanding and we were offered coffee, soft drinks or water on a regular basis. Michelle at the front desk was amazing. Her mannerisms and willingness to help and answer any questions were excellent. She checked in and ensured we were comfortable. On leaving, the gentleman from the service area who taxied customers into the city went and turned on our vehicle and our air conditioner while we packed our 9 week old into the car. Little things like this is what makes this company memorable. I was highly impressed by this company. I will be recommending this company to family and friends by word of mouth and via social media.

Dropped car off day prior to service being due to make it easier for myself and work commitments. I asked out of curiosity if car could be serviced today if was possible. A few hours later I receive a call from the service area advising my car was being serviced today. I then received a second call advising ready to collect.
