My car loves coming to Jarvis for its six monthly service. It spends a couple of hours in a modern, clean workshop where everyone is friendly, helpful, has a professional attitude and takes care of it. Staff at Jarvis know their business and are mindful that my time is also valuable. They have always completed the service on time if I've needed the car back fairly quickly and explain what has been done. They look after my first ever brand new car which is always returned gleaming and ready to go.

We expected to be walking to the CBD while our car was being serviced. We did not expect to be met at the door, given a decent cup of coffee, an explanation of what would be done, a lift to the city, a cold drink on our return and the car washed and vacuumed (oh, and the use of a free bicycle right at the door if we had wanted it). Good job!
