Our first service experience with Jarvis Subaru Adelaide and was very impressed (coming from Adelaide BMW). Customer service was spot on and service outperformed my expectation! Having our family car washed and vacuumed was a great help (adding to our weekend family time) coupled with professional and caring staff members who happily greeted on arrival (thought I was checking in to a hotel) and also assisted with removing surface paint marks on our brand new Black Outback, certainly exceeded my expectation!
