The whole process went very smoothly and Damien Campbell was great to deal with. I'm very happy with the car and the service provided.

It's not just one thing. Yes, the staff are professional and relentlessly courteous, but they are informative and respectful. I also appreciate the the work the mechanics do on my car to keep me safe when I'm on the road.

Staff could not have been more helpful - from the gentleman who greeted me when I drove my car in and let me leave it in where I was and he parked it for me - to James who welcomed me 'like an old friend' and appeared to be delighted to see me again! They listened to me with care and explained in detail what they were going to do. The car was ready on time and looked like new. You have to love Subaru - the car and the West Terrace service team!

All the above reasons for 10/10! Service is incredible, can't do enough to help, I was offered a lift to where I needed to go and they even paid for my taxi to return when I picked up my car.
