Jarvis came good - as usual. I wouldn't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else, and we live in Moonta Bay!

Car washed / cleaned, service was completed early, customer lounge/waiting are is nice and the facilities are clean and modern. Good location.

The staff were very helpful and friendly they fixed our small problem that we drew to their attention as best they could. They had the vehicle ready within the time they quoted. They are getting the other products we have ordered and gave us a fair quote on installation and cost.

This is my first time having my car serviced with Jarvis. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain everything that was done at the service. They called me when my cars was ready and also the car was ready on time as promised. The offering of a can of drink was a nice touch.

It was an "enjoyable" experience, I got the car that I wanted and I am really pleased with the purchase. The sales staff were helpful and friendly and did not exert any "pressure". I also have to commend the service staff for the extra effort to have the vehicle ready 2 hours earlier than the agreed time.

Josh the salesman went the extra mile and came in on a carer's leave day for the handover; I could not have asked for better service.
