Explanations of what needs to be carried out clear and concise. Friendly staff, (James always greets me by name). Car parked for me by great 'courtesy' staff, courtesy lift, call telling me of progress and car ready on time. All round- great.

I was patiently explained specification of each car model I was interested in. That shows that staff have great knowledge of cars. Staff are able to actively listen to customer requirements and follow it through. Staff does what needs to be done to satisfy customer needs without taking shortcuts.They put extra effort when helping customer thus not letting customer slip away. I drove away in my new car feeling that everything was taken care of. All of those above relate also to staff at West Terrace brand. This is our second car we bought from Subaru Jarvis definitely will recommend to my friends.
