Excellent service. Love the car. It was well demonstrated when we took a test drive.

We found the team extremely friendly and helpful. They were very patient and helped us find the right car for us. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Cam was the best person to deal with in the whole of Adelaide. Genuine and not over the top. I have enjoyed the whole process so far and this is coming from a big Toyota and BMW user. My first Ford experience so far so good.

We were very impressed with everything about our experience. The systems in place were spot on, but didn't override the personal touch. From my first phone message to the call centre (where I then received a return call from a sales rep within five minutes), to the professionalism of Josh and the information passed on, we were quite overwhelmed. I haven't had a car experience like this before, and so will certainly be recommending Jarvis to anyone I come across.

The staff at Subaru are very professional, attentive and thorough. They don't seem bothered if you ask them a question, but generally do their best to solve it. It is a nice feeling to walk into the workshop and waiting area, knowing everyone is busy and working very hard. Not wasting time and chatting to friends and ignoring customers.

Also it is such an uplift to sit back in a clean and tidy car after the service. It's great to know your car is looked after and in good hands.

Friendly and respectful negotiations with Damian and Ryan made the purchase easy. The car was exactly what I wanted including right colour. The $500 of extras and a years free servicing was icing on the cake. 3rd Outback and they just get better!

We were very happy to be able to fit the service in with our travel plans through South Australia.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, without making me feel pressured to make a decision.
