The entire process was professional, considerate and enjoyable. Fab is knowledgeable about the product, sought to understand my needs and was very helpful with any questions. The entire team I dealt with had a high attention to detail with the 'little' things that made for a good experience. This was a company car purchase and the process was efficient and easy.

Marty was great too in his cuppa making skills and I did love his red and blue striped socks. Weren't pushy in any way and listened to what we were after. We had been in looking at cars a year ago and the staff still remembered us. All round was a great experience so thanks guys i got the car of my dreams.

I was the bloke from NSW stuck in Port Lincoln after my Grand Vitara was written off on the way from Perth to Sydney. The best solution to my problem (because I had a car full of custom-fitted camping stuff) was to purchase a new GV and slide the gear back in. Plus the reason I purchased a GV originally (2012 model) was that it was a handy size, had really excellent space in the rear thanks to the rear door mounted spare and the way the rear seats fold forward. Also the model isn't extravagantly over-styled.
Anyway, Randy from Jarvis Tanunda went out of his way to facilitate my getting the last appropriate GV 4WD available and helping me get a bank cheque in Adelaide on a Saturday and from Adelaide to Tanunda in a taxi and on my way from Tanunda back to Port Lincoln. I'm most grateful.

I am always impressed with the service we receive from your professional and friendly staff.
I like that costs and works undertaken are explained in detail and that my car is delivered clean and on time.
I would also like to express my thanks to Adrian and Patrick who went out of their way to collect us after we realised we missed the courtesy vehicle because we were in the wrong laneway. They were both very understanding and helpful. I always feel like nothing is too hard for your staff. Fantastic service.
