I work in customer service and have visited Jarvis Subaru on West Terrace several times. On all occasions I have been impressed whether it be;

• the initial phone call to book the car in for its service
• the SMS to remind me the day prior
• the Customer Service rep that greets me in the car park.
• the front counter staff who go through what the service will involve.
• the pristine presentation of the show room.
• the SMS to advise me that the car is ready to be picked up.
• the review of what was done to the vehicle during the service.
• the offer of water / coffee / soft drink when leaving.
• the presentation of the vehicle when I pick it up - washed and vacuumed.

Great service, appreciated lift to work after dropping car off, bottle of water a nice touch.

It's hard to choose one reason because the entire experience was great. John our sales man was so helpful and friendly and he was also so happy to answer all my silly questions.  Evan was always happy to help me and he ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Once we purchased our CH-R he congratulated us as he knew this was the car that we really wanted.  Andrei honestly couldn't have helped us enough. He helped us with finance, insurance and even gave us some fantastic ideas for our honeymoon.

As always it was an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Jarvis Suzuki. All of the staff, both service and sales were very friendly offering us refreshments often. It was good catching up with Fab, the salesman who sold us both of our Vitaras. We live approximately 45 minutes away but enjoy bringing the cars for their service.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service that I would recommend to others.
