Tim was very professional and friendly, he actually persuaded me have my car serviced there because I had already decided to go elsewhere. The car was ready on time and washed. I really appreciated that they arranged for my transport also because I have had a stroke and also suffer from epilepsy so I was unwilling to accept the offer of an exchange car. I always have a great experience when dropping off and picking up my car. From when the valet attendance meets and greets me to discussing what the plan is for the day and then the explanation at the end of the day - the staff are always friendly, humorous and professional. The added bonus is my car is spic and span on collection and, of course, most importantly, any serviceable issues have been addressed. I have already made a point of passing on my experience with at least two people within the last 15 hours! Great service!
