This was my first experience at Jarvis Subaru. I received a professional friendly service & liked that my car was cleaned before being returned to me.

Love the fact that my car gets a wash.

The Sales Manager, Peter O'Reilly and Marlon Miers at Jarvis Kensington were amazing. All of them went out of their way to make our experience a pleasant one. They treated us like we were not just another number, but they genuinely appreciated our business. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car and l can't stop telling friend's and colleague's how great the service was.

Comprehensive to the fine detail of transport to work from distant West tce location by bus and a drink whilst waiting at end of service.

Staff were super friendly, gave me a courtesy lift into Norwood, car cleaned and washed and service was done very quick.

Customer service was great with assisting in getting a loan car that suited my needs. Finished on time and the car wash is a good incentive.
