Given a 10 because of a number of reasons:

• I waited while car was being serviced, was told it would take approximately 3 hours. My car was ready earlier


• When I received my car it was not only cleaned on the outside, it was vacuumed and cleaned internally


• Facilities while waiting are fantastic, with Wi-Fi available so I can work while waiting.


• Staff always offering drinks and making sure there wasn't something I needed


• A pleasurable service experience

Car washed and cleaned and a courtesy lift to the city.

Staff looked after all of my needs and got me in the car I wanted at a very good price.

The guys at the front service desk are so professional and so helpful. Also Peter greets you as you arrive and makes you feel very special. Getting a lift on the minibus to a variety of stops in the city is very convenient & easy. The waiting area is comfortable with assorted papers & magazines and you are always offered a coffee or cool drink. The best customer service experience I've ever had at a car dealership or car service centre.

I am in the older part of life and Jordan is very patient.
