We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the yard. We were offered drinks and our wishes were looked at. Originally all the vehicles were out of our price range The particular vehicle that we were shown and given a test drive in was on the other side of town but we were driven there in a Jarvis Ford car by our salesperson.

At all times our salesperson (Jonathon) was friendly without being aggressive. All details of the purchase were explained and numerous phone calls made to check that all was well. We are very happy with the purchase and the manner it was conducted.
