The whole experience was great from dropping my car off I the morning to picking it up your staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Went here because of tyre sales.com and it was close to work, but quickly added a service with no fuss. Video feedback of dirty pollen filter was great, and Jace was first class, can't fault his attitude and customer service! General feedback on cars condition was spot on and accurate. Will definitely use you Jarvis Toyota again

The customer service including the courtesy car and customer lounge area is also very welcome while waiting for the service to be performed. The vehicle was returned to me, as promised, at the estimated completion time.

It was a great positive experience. Staff were absolutely excellent and professional. The facilities were exceptionally clean and up to date and everything went according to plan and agreed timing. The vehicle was received washed and cleaned and free of any signs of being worked on (dashboard work). Well done, ten stars for everything. Mind you, the one sad part was having to hand back the loan Forester, which is a fantastic vehicle. In time I will grow to love my 2009 Forester again.
