I have taken my 2012 VW Golf to Jarvis as part of the warranty service plan. My wife was involved in an accident and the radiator hose became broken. Given the trust I have at Jarvis Subaru, I dropped in to see if I could get my car running again to then organise the insurance claim with an auto body repair. Adrian was a tremendous help and had the car sorted by the end of the day. I really appreciated greatly the level of responsiveness and tremendous assistance Jarvis Subaru and Adrian showed me.

This time I was in for my requested 6000 klm interim oil and filter change on the XT Forester, just a simple easy request you might say, but one which was handled just like my previous 100,000 klm service in January. My point here is a simple, it does not matter if the job is small like today or a large one, the respect I receive from Michael and all the Jarvis Subaru team is always - awesome !
