I was blown away by your Service Centre and your friendly and professional staff who all seemed happy to be working there according to my observations over about 3 hours. I have a back and shoulder injury and have been finding it difficult to stretch to clean the inside of the windscreen, and the whole car, including inside windscreen, was washed and clean when the service was completed. I have already told other people about how good it is at Jarvis Clovelly Park. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff for fixing a problem with my Isuzu, that I didn't no that was there from when I brought the Isuzu from another Isuzu dealer. Fletcher found the car for me when it was looking unlikely that I would get the color of choice being silver and he pulled a miracle, fantastic work. Cameron looked after me extremely well, was very diligent in replying to all correspondence and made the whole process easy and trouble free. Price was great on a limited model vehicle and I will be a promoter of Jarvis and the team at Norwood whenever possible.

I have used Jarvis Ford in Norwood for the last 2 fixed price warranty services and have been very happy with the service and staff attitude.

Brett was there to explain about a noise that was happening to our car and has recommended us on what has to be done to fix this issue. The mechanics done a fantastic job and it is great to have the car running smoothly again. We will return for our next service to Hillcrest as the service is above and beyond what we get here in Pt Pirie. This is where we purchased the car, as a demo model. We have never looked back on getting this car. Its worth the 2.5 hour travel to know the car is being looked after.

We were very grateful for the service we received. George has health issues and we were concerned about having to sit for a long time waiting but were pleased with the time allocated to our car. Our Service Officer was genuine in his care and attention to our needs. The report we received on the car was pleasing as we have had purchased cars in the past that had numerous faults, but Jarvis Ford have been great so far.
