Not only was the car finished on time, but when I told the lass at reception I had another appointment and was in a bit of a hurry, she made sure the car was ready on time, even a bit before the time suggested. I really appreciate the car wash, but more than anything I feel that I can depend on you doing the work professionally and not take me for a ride. I have only used your service twice but each time have found the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff at Jarvis were fantastic especially Taylor, he was very professional, not pushy, gave clear explanations and gave stellar service.

As usual staff were friendly and courteous. Car was cleaned and finished at the time requested and the Apprentice mechanic Nicholas who drove the courtesy car definitely reflects the culture of customer service at Jarvis Subaru Kensington.

Marcus could not do enough for me when I called to get my 2008 serviced for a 30,000 km. Being a way from home, Queensland, Marcus made it happen including a courtesy car. Fantastic. Wonderful service.
