I think Jarvis Subaru offers a complete customer service experience - from the concierge welcome and direction in the driveway on arrival, to being escorted to your car on collection. I really value the courtesy bus into the CBD; and the fact that my car is cleaner at the end of the day than at the beginning.

If there is an area for improvement it is the congestion at end-of-day pick up. It seems to me that not many cars are ready when customers arrive. There could be myriad reasons for that - and beyond any control; one way to manage the customer foot traffic and expectation might be to contact customers to advise their car will be ready later than expected. 

We had a great experience with Jarvis this time and also purchasing our Subaru before. The customer service was great. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

Your staff is always helpful and professional. I have been getting the car serviced at Kensington for eight years, from new. Yesterday my interaction was with Georgia, Nick and Jack. It was a routine Service, but a couple of things were noticed, and when Nick phoned to tell me, he was very clear in what was needed to be done, and the cost. The car was ready ahead of the promised time, and was beautifully clean inside and out!! Thank you.
