the service I received across the whole service is why I gave a 10. the level of service was exceptional from the concierge, service desk, service, courtesy lift, cleaning my car everything met my expectations and some. Special shout out to the service check in person who arranged for a salesperson to drive me into the city so that I didn't miss my meeting while waiting on the courtesy bus. I was happy to arrange a taxi/uber, however this person went above and beyond to look after me as her customer. This was really appreciated and showed she cared about her customers. xxx

Booked my 2015 Forester XT in for a 6 month service as per schedule. This was also a winter check over and I requested new wiper blades front and rear, check on battery performance and air conditioning system etc. All work carried out to my satisfaction and as per my requests and discussion with the service team..

The recent purchase was an upgrade on the Outback I had; The prices were reasonable and I enjoy the fact that I can 'haggle' for a change over price that relates to my budget. Fixed Service Pricing is great for budgets.

Austin was very thorough in his descriptions of the car we were looking to purchase. We were able to take the car for more than an hour so that we could test drive it in the Adelaide Hills where we live and do a lot of driving. All my questions were answered and even after we had purchased the car Austin was very helpful in answering my many questions. Overall we had a positive and relaxing experience.
