Very pleasant first experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful - appreciated the meet and directions into the car park, as I didn't know where I was going. Counter staff were good. I was very happy to have the use of a loan car as it was spotless and brand new.

Received a call to get my OK for a wheel alignment. I am so pleased that maintenance wasn't just done without permission. Service was performed promptly and received by car back clean and in a great condition. Very happy with my first Subaru service experience.

I don't know about a car much and my husband chose Subaru. Now that I have driven for a while, I can see why he likes it :)

What is more, Staff are so friendly and the service day is a fun city shopping day for me and my kid :) We drop the car and get a lift to the city and get picked up. And I get impressed with staff during the whole process how professional they are.

I have previously been three times to a different Subaru dealer nearer to my home address to buy a vehicle and the staff were condescending and rude so I walked out. I will never go there again but I find the Adelaide dealership the exact opposite to my local dealer. Interesting!!

I really value the staff at Jarvis Barossa, they are always friendly, helpful and keep me in the loop as to what has to happen now and what I can put off until next time and the risks involved in doing so. I love my car, but it has had more than it's share of problems so it is really important to me that I have a team of people that i can trust. There was a new phenomenon this time when Ben left me a video message showing me different aspects of my car and I could actually see what he was talking about. I trust the team there anyway, but it was great to be able to see in real time what he was talking about.

I have bought from car yards before but this was the nicest bunch of guys I have dealt with & they couldn't do enough for me & made me feel welcome. The sales guy was great & have to say Daniel the manager was really great too. 1 of the other sales guys hand washed my car, cleaned it inside & was all so very friendly. Great Car Yard!
