Jarrad didn't mess around. Straight to the point. Everything he said would happen simply happened.

The positive experience starts from the drop off, your greeted in the driveway rather than trying to park your car and find a consultant. Contacted throughout the day by the same person and kept in the loop about any extras, which is nice rather than finding out on collection that your repairs blew out and so did you bill.

Staff were very helpful and my car felt better to drive after service and very clean.

Randy was more than happy to deal with me and my work time frame issues. He was knowledgeable and was very easy to get along with. 10 out of 10 for service and would highly recommend the branch to anyone.

I love the luxury of having the car washed and also how friendly and professional everyone is at Jarvis Subaru. Special thanks to James in the Service reception area for being so attentive.

The entire process was professional, considerate and enjoyable. Fab is knowledgeable about the product, sought to understand my needs and was very helpful with any questions. The entire team I dealt with had a high attention to detail with the 'little' things that made for a good experience. This was a company car purchase and the process was efficient and easy.

Marty was great too in his cuppa making skills and I did love his red and blue striped socks. Weren't pushy in any way and listened to what we were after. We had been in looking at cars a year ago and the staff still remembered us. All round was a great experience so thanks guys i got the car of my dreams.
