Falon called me even before they opened to confirm she picked up my keys in the after hours slot and moved my car in. My car was ready earlier that expected and Falon's service was impeccable.

I was not aware that this service was a major service and required a bit more time! Ben informed me that it would possibly take until about 3.00pm before my car would be ready. As I had a 2.30 appt in Adelaide that was going to be difficult. Ben was most helpful in juggling things in workshop to enable my car to be ready earlier, and the service was completed by midday! Excellent customer service from Ben and the team to get my job done and enable me to meet my commitments in Adelaide. Thanks for that extra effort.
