I was able to wait for my car at Subaru, and was pleased to be offered a quiet place to sit to do my work on my laptop while I waited. Staff were very friendly, the car was complete when staff said it would be. I left feeling very impressed with the level of customer service I received.

My car wasn't booked in and was having issues. The team went out of the way to get my car in, diagnosed and repaired on the same day without any issues. Could not have had better service if I had asked for it. Extremely happy with everything that happened yesterday.
