Fantastic customer service!
Can’t comment too much on the actual work provided but that is only because I know nothing about cars - I trust all that was carried out though :-) Service was $1,000 more than originally quoted however, all costs were explained at drop off in the morning and a call was made shortly after to explain further services required/costs involved. There was certainly no shock at pick up as was communicated very well throughout the day.
Ben and Catherine were both lovely as always and an added bonus to take home a clean car!

I bought my Subaru Forester 2009 (80,000km Odomerter) from a local family at Angaston. For the following three services I asked Barossa Subaru to service my vehicle. I have spoken with four or more of the service and staff at Barossa Subaru. They have all given me their full attention, clear information, answers, and the available options.
For this recent service the service staff at the counter clearly answered my questions and told me where a small wearable part was located on my front suspension that would require attention now or in future. The staff member helped with sketching a diagram of the suspension arm to show where the part was located. They also described a process to remove and replace the part. It assisted me to try to locate, and inspect, the worn part when my car was on a hoist to repair a tyre at a local tyre store. A technician at Subaru had identified the issue and included it in a previous Service Report.
When I received my car after the service, the exterior had been washed. The interior was vacuumed very well, and possibly cleaned further. I hadn't had the availability to do this prior to servicing. Thank you.
What was a very big surprise to me and impressed me, was my engine and engine bay had been cleaned. It is possibly included in the car service, however I remember that I just mentioned that I wished to clean the engine for myself and asked how to do this. The team at Barossa Subaru cleaned these thoroughly.

Great friendly service, I love coming back to a clean vacuumed car also, Having a guide dog as a passenger at times can be a bit messy and this is one time I don't need to vacuum, it is always done and looks wonderful. Thank you Jarvis Team.
