Staff were friendly as always (including showroom staff). Booked the shuttle service but it was running late so was offered a lift in one of the loan cars. They didn’t have to do this but they did anyway so it was incredibly appreciated. My car was also finished quickly and was washed for me as well which was a nice touch. A great, stress free experience all round. Thanks Skoda team.
