Staff on the day were very helpful even in light of an element of the system that was not updated at purchase regarding servicing. This kind of issue can be dealt with poorly but the team at Jarvis were courteous, professional and resolved the discrepancy in their stride. We had purchased our previous new car from Jarvis Toyota through John Wood. He again made the experience positive. He had good knowledge of the vehicle and kept us up-to-date with progress whilst waiting for delivery of the new vehicle which was longer than originally thought. He made the change-over of our vehicles very easy.

The service from drop off to pick up was phenomenal. I love that my car looked brand new and the courtesy shuttle made the service a breeze.
