I think it was the overall experience, the car spoke for itself, it had everything i was looking for. There wasn't any pressure to buy, the salesman was helpful, and easy to get along with, responsive. The staff professional in their overall attitude and approach.

We would like to sincerely thank Tim Heneker for his great service in getting our car completed in good time to attend a family funeral. We were pressed for time to enable us to attend the service. He went out of his way to ensure the car service was completed. although we missed out on a car wash we were extremely thankful.

I appreciated being kept informed regarding progress during the day. Especially happy that the extra work with the wheel bearing / hub assembly could be done on the day because the parts were in stock and the technician could be scheduled to complete the work.

I was dreading the car hunting experience. And yes I got the 'typical experience' at another location. As an intelligent person in control of my finances, I won't tolerate being spoken to like I am a fool and/or out of my depth as a purchaser. That was the experience elsewhere - an experience I would have thought died out a long time ago, but sadly no.

The Jarvis experience was pleasant from the outset. In short it probably took me 4 months from initially looking to purchase, due to life events and other commitments. Although Jarvis stayed in touch it was neither pushy or intrusive.

Once I was serious about a purchase the salesperson acted professionally and I was treated with respect. Sadly, this was a surprise. The Jarvis team are friendly, welcoming, as is the environment. Everything pre and post sale was at a high standard. The earlier than planned delivery of my vehicle and the follow up was fantastic.

I have now had my car for a week and I am thrilled with my choice. I have never before owned a Toyota but I am convinced this one won't be my last.
