I like the car wash as well. I don't bother washing the car if I know it's going in for a service. Always comes back looking like a new one. Cathy was very helpful with confirming the service, and making me aware of the bits which are wearing out and will need attention. Have been a customer of Jarvis for yonks. Always professional with communication and follow up. Despite the I.T. system giving the service department grief, my car was ready on time, and clean. Thanks to all the staff.

Yes. I was so well looked after when my car broke down near Jarvis Ford on Friday. It was looked at immediately and a taxi rung to take me home. My car was fixed and serviced on Monday on time and cleaned. Staff, particularly Kathy at the service desk, were wonderful. Thank you all so much.
