It is a delight to be greeted by the staff at Barossa, the whole procedure is full of fun, caring and laughter. I am always looking forward to my next service for my Skoda (alias whisky) I am on a promise of car clean and coffee and chat with Jodie in 6 months, can't wait.

The only reason we decided on Jarvis Toyota is the customer service and the way we were treated. Nothing was too much trouble. we had come from CMI we were totally shattered at there lack of service and the way in which we were treated, we will never forget that experience and probably share that to all.
BUT!!!! It was a delight to have arrived at Jarvis Toyota on South Road S.A and we bought the car just like that. I think we bought the car within an1hr on a Thursday night. The sales people involved were Evan and Nev. Not only would I tell people, I will go out of my way to recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car, but will also tell people that if in the future you need a car to go to them personally.
My husband and I understand retail having both been in it for over 30yrs, but were very impressed with their way of selling...…understanding KPIs and the pressure to achieve we knew that they were there to sell, but by know means felt the pressure behind retail at the moment doing the deal.

Honestly, I want to select all of the reasons! My trip to Jarvis was one of the best customer service experiences of my life! The staff were fantastic, I couldn't believe we got a courtesy trip to the city, and I was genuinely amazed when I came back to a clean car. It's the little things that matter, and Jarvis is second to none!
Khalil, my service rep, was also truly fantastic. He helped me with all my queries, and I couldn't have appreciated that more.

I always use Norwood for my service because the staff there do what they say and there has not been any issues for the past 4 years. I have recently purchased a Ford from another dealer and returned it for its first service and was very disappointed and I will now take it to Norwood although it is 60km from home.

Only being able to pick one reason above is difficult because I could tick several. Staff were professional and friendly. Car was finished on time. The bonus is that the service was not expensive and now only having to have the car serviced every 12 months instead of every 6 months is perfect for us. Happy customer!
