In the current climate I was very pleased with the email sent detailing COVID-19 changes, seeing changes implemented at drop off and the flexibility of the team at pick up to allow me to pay over the phone and pick up the car with out having to enter your office. This was greatly appreciated by my family and I.

Excellent service, staff are very helpful and car was nice and clean.

Appreciated a prompt response to a mechanical problem.

Staff were courteous and helpful, and they washed and cleaned the car, they even sent me a photo of the being fixed which was marvelous.

Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects.

Firstly, I requested to have a senior work on my car. When booking in, that request was on the R/O & mentioned.

Secondly, my attending Service Advisor was very professional & down to earth, he explained & listened too. 10/10 to him.

And thirdly, my car was washed as offered, it was immaculate: brilliant. The precautions taken too were well executed.

The car ran beautifully after the service.
