One of the best service experiences I've had in decades... staff friendly and helpful; mechanics VERY quick and got the job done in 30 minutes; knew what they were working with so obviously well trained; great to have water bottles and coffee available; CV19 safe environment with chair spacing!. Our service advisor, Simon Batton was very attentive and friendly. As soon as we walked in the door he made eye contact with a smile and came to greet us. This is something that makes the difference to us in our decision to keep coming back. He went over everything they planed to look at the service and asked if we had any other concerns. Our car was ready earlier than planned which was nice. It was washed and ready to go after Simon confirmed the service findings. We were very happy and are looking forward to coming to the new premises hopefully next year! Either way, we will continue servicing our Ranger with the dealer who sold us our wonderful car in 2014.
