All of the above really. Dealing with Antonio and Peter initially was a really excellent experience, they were easy going and put no pressure on us at all. Friendly, trustworthy and caring.
Then to deal with Greg he was happy to do it all over the phone and via email which made my life extremely easy. He was honest and extremely helpful throughout the process and an extremely friendly guy on the phone.
Speaking with Rebecca over the phone also for any extras for the car, she had a very similar approach no pressure to purchase was applied which I appreciate and she had an all round great personality.
We drove away in a car we love and couldn't be happier - Thanks team!

The sending of a video showing the progress of my service was really cool and appreciated. It is something that doesn’t take a lot of time but really made my day. It was great to see an angle of my car that I don’t usually get to see and the update around 10ish put my mind at ease that everything was going well. It is a feature of service that also makes me feel like you are going above and beyond which is greatly appreciated and makes me want to continue using Jarvis Ford service centres.
