I was impressed with all of the above but was especially taken with the lovely, personable staff. The car is running beautifully and it being unexpectedly cleaned was a pleasant surprise. The escort back to my car was an especially nice touch and the staff care while I was waiting with a professionally made coffee made my day. Kudos to all and thanks to the behind scenes staff as well.
