This was my second visit for a car service and like the first, I was left having received excellent customer service from the moment I parked my car, to the end of the service when I drove away. Being greeted from multiple friendly staff made me feel welcomed and knowing that I could trust leaving my car with staff.

I was accommodated well, which was helped with the staff's extensive service knowledge, able to answer my questions quickly, and provide recommendations to assist with the quality of the service of my car. I also wasn't left waiting for long, and attended to, to ensure my visit was pleasant from start to end. Furthermore, the timing of the service was perfect.
