We could probably have ticked most of those reasons for purchasing our car. We initially went to Jarvis Toyota because it was the closest Toyota dealership. We were extremely impressed by the knowledge of the staff and their personable approach to us, our needs and our questions. Service and communication were excellent.

Certainly, there were time delays as far as delivery of our vehicle was concerned, but these were related to the worldwide covid situation and beyond the control of the dealership.
At the time of collecting our car, we were in a stressful family situation and I was grateful for the efficient and considerate way the handover of the vehicle took place, with the salesman Nick doing his utmost to make the process as easy as possible by setting up my telephone, programming the radio etc.
Excellent service and we are thrilled with the car, its presentation and its performance.
