I have never had a problem with my car, and have had it 9 years.

First and foremost I found the service staff ( Jarrod ) very friendly, helpful and professional. Jarrod couldn’t do more than enough for me, especially organising a loan car ( brand new Toyota Hilux ) for me to use during the day. He also noted several additional items I asked to be added to my service list and gave me some discount being a major service, which I also greatly appreciated.
Well done Jarrod , you are a major asset to Jarvis Toyota and I hope your great customer service is acknowledged, as you went over and above of my expectations. ( I have been in Retail Management for over 35 years and fully appreciate what great customer service is all about) . Congratulations and very well done!!!

Really efficient and friendly service. I appreciated the transport to Kibg William Street.

Sales staff were very helpful and friendly. The introduction to our new car was very comprehensive, but almost to information overload. The manual, both hard copy and online are easy to follow. And we were told to ring or drop in any time for any questions we had or help needed.

As usual I found all Jarvis staff to be extremely professional and helpful and competent!
The use of a loan car was much appreciated!

I’ve been getting my service done at the city showroom but realised that Jarvis Toyota were closer to my house. I was a bit nervous going in to drop my car off but the staff at both drop off and pickup were professional and friendly. They also gave the car a quick clean on the outside, which was super unexpected! Would happily go here again for future services :)
