I was able to drop off my car the day before the service & was given a loan car to allow me to go to work & pick up my car the next day. Staff there are always professional & friendly. They take the time to answer any questions, you always feel special!

For a combination of all of the main reasons. Gianni was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Sometimes from a customer point of view negotiations on price can be stressful and daunting, however, our experience left us very happy with the final result. The care was also presented for pick up in excellent condition, and all work that was needed had clearly been done to a high standard. Given our experience with Gianni and the team at Jarvis Subaru, we would be very happy to recommend them to our family and friends. We also hope to be repeat customers in the future, and will definitely use Jaris service to maintain our Outback.

My last paperwork showed that the brakes on my car were getting low. I asked about replacing them and was advised the car didn't used pads so it was not necessary. Really appreciate their honesty and saving me money. Staff were professional and knowledgeable.

Exceptional customer service from Andrew, Very pleasant, great to deal with. Got us a great deal on the car we wanted and kept us informed along the way. Generally went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and made the whole experience very pleasurable.
