Just had the Forester in for some additional work that I wanted carried out over and above the normal Subaru service schedule. As always, the staff listened to what I wanted done and then they gave me a quote on the work required by me, parts ordered, I was advised when they arrived, job was then booked in and work completed on time and to my satisfaction. This is how it should work and as far as I am concerned this is how Jarvis Subaru take care of their customers. Thanks to all front and back of house in looking my car and also me.
